The Vivo V19 proclaims to be a phone that excels in the camera genre. With a total of 6 camera sensors (4rear and 2 front) image capturing does not invite any problems. The Vivo odd number series phones have always been camera-centric with minor attention to other intricacies. The phone’s FHD+ display might seem a common parameter now, but the Super AMOLED screen adds a nuanced touch to it. The display can attain a maximum brightness of 800 nits (advertised) can set an example for the dull phones in the similar price bracket. The refresh rate, however, is 90Hz only and does not complement the price point at which it will retail.
Front camera array is positioned in the top left corner with a 32-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel wide-angle sensor capable of generating soft, clear images by working in conjunction with their camera algorithms. The low-light images are clear and well-lit with more focus on the primary object. The rear camera is able to blur the background wisely, thereby introducing a sharp effect with fast renderings. The video capturing supports 4K in 30fps and 1080p in 30/60 fps with an adept OIS system, resulting in fewer wobbles and shakes.
Pros / GOOD
- The camera system is configured to produce sharp images
- The phone retains the 3.5 headphone jack
- The screen is an absolute stunner with tiny bezels
- An in-display fingerprint sensor along with face-unlock
- Corning Gorilla Glass 6 adds a layer of protection from key scratches
Cons / BAD
- 120Hz panel could have been included concerning the price bracket
- Much slower UFS 2.1 storage system
- Average processor for a mid-range pricing
- No 5G support because of the orthodox chipset model
- The edges and back panel are of inferior plastic that will wither away with regular usage

Conclusion – Should you Buy or Not?
The Vivo V19 does not project any advancements except the camera engine and compatible sensor placement. The processor seems to be the origin of all the not-needed sacrifices that resulted in a poorly priced product. The performance is fluid, but its coupling with 8gigs of RAM does display some ambiguity regarding component selection. The UFS 2.1 is slower than 3.0 and results in slower read-write speeds. The battery is powerful with 4500mAh capacity and 33-watt fast charging support that is completely charged in 90 minutes. The fast-charging property does seem to generate a noticeable rise in the device temperature.
The USP of the Vivo V19 is the camera that delivers vivid colors and minor noticeable blurs with the macro and telephoto sensor. The sensors capture and render images in the RGB scheme which is less precise as compared to the RYYB palette. Nevertheless, the results are stunning because of the revamped camera software. Vivo V9 is a relevant buy for camera frenzy users.

Its performance is very good and it is a complete value for money. Unlike the other expensive models this one comes in very pocket-friendly range. If you plan on buying a new smartphone then Vivo V19 is definitely worth consideration.
